I had an amazing stay at this hotel with stunning views and comfortable accommodations. The rooms were spacious and clean, making our visit quite enjoyable. The breakfast was incredible with plenty of options, but we had some noise disturbances from the breakfast area above us and noisy kids on our floor. Overall, it's a great place to stay, just be prepared for some morning sounds.

While the dining experience was excellent with delicious meals and a clean atmosphere, the rooms left much to be desired as they were not properly furnished and noisy. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to assist. Overall, the hotel had some redeeming qualities, but the construction and noise were significant drawbacks.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the location was convenient for exploring the historic sites of Hue. While everything was mostly perfect, there was a bit of noise from cleaning early in the morning, but that didn't detract much from our overall experience.
